Love the USPS. Careful and competently handle packages and deliveries. I regularly ship fine art photos, art prints, and frames and have never had any issues with missing packages or damage.

I just want to give a shout out to Jeffery Coleman who manages this post office. He went above and beyond to get me my package directly to me! I was in Northampton just for a weekend for a reunion. I sent a package to a Northampton address, on a Saturday it arrived, and that address was not delivering packages directly on Saturday. I then went to Northampton post office on Bridge Street and spoke to Jeffrey. He coordinated with me, his driver, and himself to get this package to me. I conveyed the importance of the package, my short stay in Northampton, Massachusetts, and he ended up hand delivering it to me! I am so impressed with his efforts. Thank you so much Jeffrey!nnHe gives 110%! Thank you Jeffrey! Give this man a raise.
