The carrier for ransomville loses my packages constantly then refuses to take responsibility for placing them in the wrong mailbox/locker
Go in to retrieve a package that fedex says is ready to pick up and the guy at the counter says I’m sorry I can’t find it. They lady behind him says look through the Sack from FedEx he goes back and still says I can’t find it you’ll have to wait until tomorrow when we deliver it to you. Okay thanks...if you are going to deliver it to me tomorrow it’s obviously here and you just don’t want to take the time to find it. Not very impressed with that gentleman. Last time I went there too it was the same guy I wasn’t impressed with. Everyone else there is very nice and kind. Some people just need to learn to do their job.
