These people are no help at all and they are very unmotivated on the phone, they give out miss information, and they always seem like they have something better to do then help people with there troubles with mail. Very unprofessional people.
The postmaster is rude....everyone else is great. Hours are horrific. I'm required to have a post box even though I live within two blocks of the office but their hours are not conducive to a working persons schedule which means I can rarely pick up the mail they have shoved into the box.

ZERO STARS, very rude people who are suppose to be helpful in finding packages that THEY lost/delivered. Has happened on many occasions. Just awful.
