Some of the workers at this location are nice. Then we have the few that could care less about your mail or your service. Also we have a new Mail Carrier who refuses to wear a Mask. He is very nasty, and has a very bad attitude. Hire some one who wants the job. I don't need anyone's Germs and there is a Covid Virus. This Virus is real .nTgere

I am really disappointed of the services at this post office. My client too. I have send a small paccage from Bulgaria, it was for a special occasion and my client never received it. And even worse - they can not locate it, never mind that it has arrived at the post office on the 6th of January 2021 according to the iternational tracking system. Be carefull, ask for Your mails and paccages and use other postal services better. :(

They are a business in 2020 with no will or capacity to answer the phone. This is causing incredible hardship for someone (me) paying for a PO box there but who cannot currently come in as a walk-in to address the issue.

I go to this post office as it’s near my home, and have always had good service. Lines can be long at times, but the employees are consistently polite and friendly. Today was exceptional, however. The employee with the full beard (Jerry, I think?) was delightful. I actually left the post office feeling uplifted and empowered. Yes, that’s what I said. I went to the post office, and I felt great coming out because of my interaction with the employee. Way to go, Hertel post office!

The people at the desk in the Hertel Ave. office are fine, but the people who actually deliver the mail from that office are above and beyond incompetent. They lost a package of mine, delivered other people's mail into my box (yes it was labeled with my name - and the mail I'd have to keep returning) and they'd leave small size packages which could easily be placed in my mailbox right out in the open where they could be stolen.
