DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE. There is an employee by the name of Mike who refuses to wear a mask, jeopardizing every person who walks in that door, and all of his coworkers. Not only is this the law, but I tried to rationally explain to him why it’s important (since I am a nurse). He told me he has been told before and to leave. Very rude and very dangerous. I tried reporting him to USPS and there’s no way to speak to a living person. Will not be returning.
The staff are good people but, please hire more workers, the wait is just too long.

I work for a small business in North Buffalo and do quite a bit of business with the post office. 3 years ago this was a wonderful post office to deal with. Friendly greetings & helpful service. Not anymore. Now you can depend on getting an annoyed glance for having to deal with you after they acknowledge your presence or look up from their cell phones, which ever comes first. They never have the postage stamps that I need for our business and the last time I was able to get them there, they charged me for 3oz when I only needed 2oz.
