I stopped at that office a couple weeks ago, that lady Lisa is the rudest person in that office. She should be working in the back where she won’t interact with customers. Is sad with management there because they don’t do nothing about that person. Windsor Locks by the airport by far has the most kind and respectful clerks.
Just had a question to ask tried to call can’t even get to a person. And the automated system completely sucks doesn’t understand anything you say and didn’t know the answer to my question
Been to many USPS locations in my time. By far the worst. Unbelievably rude.

I strongly believe this post office is opening people's packages and sending them stickered up saying they received the package unsealed and empty and they hope this didn't inconvenience me but I can see it was obviously ripped open and sealed where it should of been. Trying to send an email is worse than applying for a job. They do not make it easy to contact someone to make an inquiry on there security cams to see what their employees are doing! No initials on the stickers these workers slap on that have an initials line because they don't want to get caught! I'm coming for you thief!
