I called to track a package on 10.8 and the women who answered the phone IMMEDIATELY gave me an attitude after informing me I called the incorrect number around 10:30AM. Letting me know she was going to hang up on me if I gave her attitude, which I didn’t I am however annoyed that she offered no assistance and didn’t care at all about my missing package since 9.29. Her attitude was horrendous and if she is an example of the USPS, they need to re-evaluate their customer service and employees.
The employees here have the worst customer service. As soon as they greet you they have a rude tone and immediately have attitudes. Instead of explaining things to you they shut whatever you’re saying down and are disrespectful. Honestly disgusted with this post office, things need to change here fast.

My package has been there for 3 weeks!
This post office has the worst customer service. The wait time is over 25 minutes. The employees are so rude. The manager is not helpful. Very rude also. Bill is one of the worst. He uses foul language. I reported it to the manager; she denied it as if she was there. It was a witnessed who saw and heard what he said.
