This is my all times postal office and the people who work here is always nice. They will always answer you nicely. They don't put the price in the service so don't blame them. They lose my mail ALL THE TIME. Not just mine but everyone in the building. At least 1-2 times a week there’s envelopes everywhere in the mailroom because whoever delivering can’t match an address to a named & labeled box. Ya got 1 job, bud: deliver said mail to corresponding mailbox. These guys are making easy $20/hr, give me a break!! No point filing a complaint, they’ll still lose anything they touch. I’ve had 9 pieces of extremely important mail not received in the past 6 weeks alone. You’re gonna tell me THIS agency was supposed to be trusted with mail-in ballots too? K.
The one guy that works there has always been nice. Also, I've never had an issue with a package here. However, one person working the front, while 11 people waiting during pandemic @ 11:30am... Oh, and employees not wearing masks... Great. She coughed.
If possible just use fedex or ups or any other delivery service, not worth the wait or money,
This place is horrible!!!!!nI tried sending something to family from out of state. Something got messed up, could not reach anyone at this location. It would ring and get hung up on 4 times!!! Go FedEx or UPS , do not go here !!!!
