Package said delivered on the 12th. It's the 16th now-- still no package, or any mail at all for that matter. Informed Delivery told me I have letters coming from my university, but I never receive them. Haven't gotten mail in over a week.
I recently had a care package mailed out to my sister, she stay in the facinity of your establishment. So yesterday she was supposed to receive the package, but instead was met with a unfinished notice from the female carrier instead of her ringing the bell to inform my sister that she had said package. So today around 12:30 and 12:50 my sister waited at the entryway of her residence, and caught another female carrier about to walk off YET AGAIN before delivering my her ppackage. This establish should either rehire or re-train their current employees.nnThe female carrier that didn't deliver the package works at the Devon post office.
Nothing more I could've asked for. The gentleman that took care of me was fast, informative and helpful. I was going to go to the post office on Devon and its a little closer to me but after seeing the 1.8 star rating and reading the nasty reviews I made the best decision in coming here. Perfect, fast service. To all those people that posted bad revies I call shenanigans. Sometimes customers are the problem.. not every customer is an ideal one lol you know who you are
I love this post office. I try to come here whenever I can. I usually catch Dee when I'm there and she is very fun to talk to, quick, and really knowledgeable. I'm always in and out of this lace, unless their is a customer that is having issues. A word of advice though, you get what you give here. So if your cordial and respectful, you'll have a wonderful experience. If not, well...
The worst service ever. I never received my package. The information on the website says that it was taken from the post office by someone. How I can trust a post-service like that
