I always have good experience at this place. Living in this area for couple of years, I went multiple times and the lady at the counter(I should ask for name next time) is always very helpful. She smiles, helps and get the job done. Today she went extra mile to helpnme fix a post when I had it wrong. That is so nice of her to do that. Thank you!
I have been a happy customer here for more than 10 years. always a easy transaction. Monday is usually the busiest day and so are lunches. so avoid the crowds
Dee is the reason I gave 5 stars. If you go when she is not there, you might have a different experience, but if you go when she is there you will be treated as a valuable person!nIt is a small location and can get busy, so I think they should have someone in there helping her, but Dee is fast, efficient, and friendly!nI go 20 minutes out of my way to go to this location because the experience is so far superior and so much more positive than any other USPS I have visited.nGo Dee!
Keeps returning forwarded mail, which is making my life hell. Why have mail forwarding as a service I have to pay for then? I missing bills, tax forms, etc. We talked to them TWICE and still no mail. I'm getting calls from my village letting me know my bills were returned as undeliverable. This is how I know they were just returning my mail even though I spoke to them already.
Dee! I had to say this women is the nicest women I’ve encountered since going to the post office in over 20 years! Her customer service and interaction with other customers just blew me away. I will travel all the way out my way to continue to go to this post office just for the service that I and others that I witness received. Thank you again Dee.
