It was a darkened office area. The lighting is very dim. They need to update with paint too! It's not as crowded as our main one on Lawrence and Campbell that we visit since It's closer in walking and It's smaller the line goes out the door. But that's what I noticed. This post office stays open a bit longer on Saturday. Your in and out quickly. The staff here are friendly too.The parking is on the street the opposite side of Home Depot who knew that. Now you do? Do be careful cause these cars whip around on the curved street. I saw a lot of near misses in car accidents.
They should share the parking lot with HOME DEPOT every time i need to drop off my packages I can't find parking ud83dude24
I've been very disappointed with this post office lately. I have not received a lot of my mail delivered from them and this also applies to a lot of my neighbors. I signed up for USPS Informed Delivery and a lot of things that they tell me are coming have never arrived.
S-L-O-W!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Understaff -- 2 people in the register- one registered mail will take U almost 2 hrs in line, too slow!!! One regular person, then one for passport.... line is up until outside..... i hope there's a better option for this branch... whoever is the post master or manager in this branch- does not care at all!!!!
Quick service and very polite workers. I Walked in with a lot of packages and the manager ran from behind the counter to carry my packages. They helped me pack, print, and tape my packages for free! They took their time to explain their service levels and offered me the best customer service ever! On my way out they offered me a cup of coffee and some biscuits to start my day! Definitely coming back! What a wonderful business, they truly value their customers. I wish I can rate them 7 stars!
