I’ve had two packages there since the 17th and it is now the 24th. My packages have gone through numerous post offices for its delivery across state lines, and then it hit Springfield and completely stopped it’s route, they should’ve been delivered 3 days ago, and normally something like this would be fine but nobody is notifying me of a thing, there have been no warnings, and if I may say this is quite the anomaly. I’d travel there but it’s 4 hours out of my way.
They never pock up the phone. I have yet to get a hold of anyone and i left a voicemail. I just have a simple 2 minute question but i guess they get paid so much they feel they can neglect their duties.
This branch is bad as the branch on 01152 zip code or worse cuz my package past by this post office branch and they bounce it back to the wrong place
