I decided to read the reviews wondering if other customers had similar experiences and agree that they are unfriendly, not helpful and discourteous. Poor customer service should not be accepted simply because there is no other facility in that particular neighborhood.nI’d opt to drive the additional miles to an official U.S. Post Office location where assistance is provided in a more customer friendly environment.
I shipped out 3 lightsaber hilts from this office and they never arrived at the address I sent them to.
Packages keep getting “lost” here, I think maybe a call to someone who can investigate them?
