If you travel abroad or even to Canada you would appreciate your postal service as I do. I thought getting mail daily was the global standard, I found out how blessed we are with our Postal Service and want to thank them publicly for delivery everyday and especially to our postal lady who delivers with a smile and efficiency. I have had great service when I've travel downtown Springfield to mail packages as well. Kudos and keep up the good work, even when you are faced with challenges not within your control. Again Thank you from a satisfied consumer.

Absolutely AWFUL. They threw my package onto my lawn and the item arrived broken. It was a mint-condition discontinued toy that they don't make any more of. Because of this awful postage my at least 100 dollars worth item has been devalued.
If I could give zero stars I would.....nAlmost cost me my job because they held a package that was a gift for a very important client of my boss'. No answer via phone and no other way to get in contact. THANK YOU for the added stress. BTW - I still do have it........
