I feel secured my packages will be safe with this post office thanku guys for putting me at ease.
Unfortunately the USPS tracking showed my package as delivered, but the packages weren't at my house. I called the post office, got a calm, quick, and courteous response, and an hour and a half later the packages were dropped off at my door. Being about a month before the holidays, I'm really impressed on all fronts.
My package ain’t here
These people are the best at customer service. No matter what they it is they are friendly, outgoing, smiling and willing to help you or suggest anything that can be of your convenience. This is the best post office ever. They have the best people even my mail carrier is the best man. He's so awesome he takes that extra step to make sure I receive my small packages. I live in 24 Wolcott in Holyoke. I hope you guys give him praise his the best mail carrier ever.
