They haven’t delivered a single piece of mail to me! Every time I call them you only get voice automated messages and can’t speak to an actual human! I don’t want to take my kids up there in a pandemic just to speak to someone about where tf is my mail!
No mail in 3 weeks and when I did receive mail it was 2 days Feb 24th and 25th which didn't include any of the mail from previous weeks im aware of my mail due to i have informed delivery. The next time I received mail wasn't until March 2nd and again no mail from previous weeks not to mention I had 9 pieces of mail from the block behind me so wheres my mail im missing checks which were sent Feb 3rd and im also waiting for my missing driver's license, state id and foid card which shows to have been scanned in with informed delivery. Ive gotten no response except you'll get it this is ridiculous and I have filled complaints
On Oct. 29, 2020 my ring door bell captured the mail carrier throwing the mail on my porch. It also showed the carrier inserting mail in my neighbor's mail slot. Mail was also thrown again on Oct. 30, 2020. On Oct. 31, 2020 a package was scheduled for delivery. No delivery. Package arrived 11/02/20. Mail carrier threw package on porch. Captured on ring. This service is horrible. Each week there appears to be a new carrier.
Firstly, I’d like to convey that my personal mail carrier is outstanding! She always is polite and provides rick star service! However, having to go into the site for anything is always and unfortunate encounter. The service is slow and the reps are likely a group of individuals that suffer from profound self hate and discontent with themselves. I simply cannot understand how people can be so disconnected from providing the mere basic level of customer service when is a position that require only that simple thing from them.
There is the most disrespectful worker at this place did not even want to answer my question about a 5 day late pagage. She flip me over when I said she was rude...
