I ship packages just about every day, and this is by far the best post office in Chicago! The ladies that work there, especially Mia and Denise, are so nice and really do a great job!! Highly recommend!
The workers there are so helpful and friendly. Office is always clean and fully stocked. I drive across town just to get that good quality service.
Apparently the member staff here doesn’t know regular services regarding money orders, not even those listed on the web. I think it’s fair to expect employees train themselves instead of kicking us to other locations (and repeat this no-go cycle)
Best post office I’ve ever been. Staff are patient and friend. I’ll totally go back in the future.
They have always been really polite and helpful to me. I am not from USA so need someone to tell me what to do regarding postage as I don’t know the system and they always help me out.
