I went to circuit Court of Cook county to file a civil suit in which cost me a senior citizen $310 that was sent out by circuit Court through certified mail and because I was not informed that the carriers are not waiting for signatures United States postal service charge me for certified mail plus the $310 which totaled $328. The letter was not delivered I did not receive a return signature so therefore circuit Court of Cook county was unable to give me a court date now they're telling me I have to pay for this again $310 and the postal service is unable to track the letter if the postal service was not going to wait for signatures why was I charge the service. This post office has carriers that Constantly lie and say they attempted to deliver your package and couldn’t, knowing that they never even made an attempt that day. Time after time again you’ll sit at home or maybe take off work for a delivery just to have it never show up and say attempted delivery. If you’re understaffed or can’t make the delivery that day then don’t lie and act like you tried to deliver it!
This is the worst post office for 60624 area ud83dude21nI had package stolen because the carrier has place my mail in the wrong box even though the name of the person that are in my house hold are placed in my box and the carrier does not follow name alert protocol or sort the mail propertud83dude21ud83dude21nThe management and supervisors cover everything up with no Repercussions. I took off of work and waited all day for my package to come just for it to say delivery attempted.
