Staff was super helpful and friendly to everyone i saw come in and out as i waited in line. Line was a little long, but if you ask me thay have these postal workers doing too much.. Passports, photos say what?? Plus trying to cross so many multi-cultural languages in this diverse neighborhood, im sure must be difficult. Thank you ladies running the front!! Great job!!
I’ve been in and out of that place often shipping things all over, sometimes the lines are long, sometimes they’re short, many times customers are very rude and loud to the ladies up front and sometimes they’re nice, but through all of that, the ladies at the front never ever have been disrespectfulnThey’ve helped me with so much and have genuinely cared for my questions and concerns. I’ve been to other posts offices aswell, and never have they been as nice and caring as the ladies here in the Kedzie post office.
Neenee I believe was her name was such an amazing person to work with! I loved her service and she was just super helpful. Overall the workers there are very easy to work with. I recommend coming in early to send packages that way you don't have to wait long in line.
The staff is really kind to everyone. The place had a long line but the staff was moving fast. I was think it was going to be a long wait, boy I was wrong, and the person attending me as very helpful.
Alonzo and Sherida (dont know how to spell the names) are the best employees ever they are nice efficient and caring. Both take the time to genuinely help you. He is bilingual and no matter how busy, he listens and helps you out. She is patient and not rude to clients that dont speak English. Makes me want to work there, just because of their professionalism.
