They’ve been stealing my mail for weeks but they’re only taking mail pieces with my credit cards. I’ve been requested 3 replacements in one month and still have not received one. Every time I see it in scanned delivery to be mailed all other mail arrives but thE card. Now this past week any mailing from my bank has been missing but I will get all my other basic mail. I don’t care what they say after so many times it’s not a coincidence or lost.
Mail carriers from this location don’t know how to follow directions written on the door regarding large packages and lie about doing a delivery attempt at different time when they delivered mail. Been waiting on mail for the last 2 weeks and a package. 2/28/21 a fake “delivery attempt due to no secure access of location “ was made at 12:49pm ran down and didn’t find the mail carrier on the block to be found and no mail was even delivered. Later in the day around 6pm there was a ton of mail delivered. It’s super upsetting to have to have to worry about it the actual mail carriers doing there job correctly.nnAs usual I wanted to give 0 stars but it’s a requirement to put a star to submit a review.nnGoogle should change that
This is THE most unprofessional post office I’ve ever dealt with. I go out of my way to ship from other locations instead of going 5 minutes from my home. There is nothing positive to offer this review. I’m sure no one in management cares that the neighborhood feels exactly the same. I grew up in this neighborhood and since the older carriers have retired there is no one left that cares about customer service.
Mail lady wrote me up because I had my dogs in the front yard. I had my mailbox on the property but she wanted me to move it to the outside. I went out got a mialbox put it on my fence so she can feel more safe. She was very disrespectful yelling in my face and telling me she was writing me up and walked away. I still haven't received my mail! If I could put no stars I would!!
I live right up the street from this post office. Years ago this place had excellent customer service, mail and packages were delivered on time and slips were left when we were not home, but recent years pre Covid, service started to go downhill. My route does not have a regular carrier anymore. I might get mail once every two weeks and packages are never delivered on time or even delivered to me, when I go to see if they’re available to pick up they’re usually not either. The scan status is not updated. These temp carriers don’t even care about whether we get our mail or not. It’s a shame when good workers get tired of a particular location and leave because of whatever. There are still some of the oldies there that work behind the scenes and are fine but for me it’s those temp route carriers doing sloppy work and not delivering our mail. This station should shut down.
