This is the second time that I was treated in an unprofessional way by the person working at the post office. She threatened to send my daughters pkg back to sender if I didn't take it. When I question whether that was OK she stated it was a rule when I commented there were lots if rules at the post office she refused to give me the pkg. When I questioned whether she had the right to keep the pkg she reported that she did. This person is unprofessional and I feel as a tax paying citizen of Brimfield I should be able to get my mail without being harassed.

They should not accept packages if they won't deliver them! Ridiculous policy. I was told they can't back up their vehicle so they won't deliver packages to my door. Constantly have to pick up my packages leaving work early to do this. Yet I saw mail truck on another street going up someone's driveway!
The Brimfield postal service accepts packages from UPS and refuses to deliver them to your home
No longer delivers packages to your door. Now we have to go pick up our mail constantly and often don't get our packages on time due to their hours and notifying us a package wasn't delivered after they close. Horrible new policy that pertains to Brimfield only. Sturbridge doesn't do this!
