Worst place ever!!!!! They’ve been playing with my package for a week now. The facility is literally 5 minutes from my house i know it doesn’t take 1 week to deliver something I could walk there and get it and it still wouldn’t take that long. I called customer service to see if I could go up there and just pick it up and they didn’t help at all!!! Worst place ever i can’t even explain how mad I am. Im on my way to the facility right now cause I still haven’t heard or got my package. It’s something very valuable and expensive. If they lost it im this close to suing them !!
terrible service!!! they discontinued delivering to me and four of my neighbors due to someone else's dog attacking a mail carrier. The owner of the dog already has a p.o box with them. They could easily do a dangerous dog hearing to get the dog put on lock down. Instead they punish the surrounding neighbors of the dog owner.. Forcing my elderly handicapped neighbor to go and pick up her mail!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Something needs to be done.
After 12 debit and bank cards and regular mail vanishing over 3 months..i filed complaint online...was told carrier is aware...he lied and said name wasnt on box..its been..i check everyday...after this i requested my mail be held for pickup and signed up for informed delivery. I had 4 cards resent...i got emails with photos of mail they received..once all arrived..i went to pick up...they had nothing...i spoke to supervisor Manny...recorded a 20 minute convo of excuses and blame on me and others. He said carrier handles holds too..so he still took my mail out for delivery..he called him on spot...he does not have my mail...just one peice from that day conveniently. He was told to bring it back and give to supervisor. Supe also said he'd take all my mail out of his box going forward. So you know hes doing something and cang trust him with mail..and have to do this instead of investigate. Today i go back for the mail he was tk return. Lets see if its there. I contacted the news and inspector general. Next i go to state police. I will update this as we go.
My building is one where we have to go pick up our mail cause of the area. So why is my mail being found outside a package from usps. I live on high st and you guys have us picking our mail up . I should not have to find it outside
They have lost many pieces of my mail. Talking to them does no good at all. Some of the clerk's are not very nice. I've talked to at least 3 supervisors there about problems I've had and they say they'll look into and talk to my mailman, but I don't think they ever do it.
