Love these guys. Great post office and friendly staff
My package has been in the same facility in Springfield MA for 8 days shipped from NC to CT with medication I need. Everyday I check it and get text saying its left the distribution center and in transit, then I get another that its still there.
Horrible postal service. Sent a box to Texas through ground. Not only did it take 2 extra days to get there but the items (home sound system, 2x printers, model aircraft) were broken inside the box. Now I have to find a way to replace those items and I needed it for college. Horrible service.
I've always had good service here, not always with a smile, but the lobby is always clean and their hours are pretty convenient.nnThe lines can get very long, so I suggest you try visiting in off peak hours.nnAlso, between the first of the month and the third of every month it's crazy busy, so if possible, I'd avoid those days all together.
Since I moved to this address the mail service has been HORRIBLE! The regulars guys get it most times but the temps are just horrible and cannot do the job. Seems that 2 to 3 times a week I have a problem! Do not call them they do not answer and the voice mail is full!
