They overstuff our mailbox with packages way to heavy and large. Then on Saturday September 14 they do it yet again and our entire mailbox snaps off the post. I will pick pictures and brought them into the post office and was told the postmaster would be contacting me. I never heard from him/her and then I watch the mailman today place mail in the mailbox that is laying on the ground. Somebody from there needs to come and replace the broken mailbox and train their employees on how to properly deliver mail.

They have went above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions! A great team!
I wish the Orange USPS would get it together, been getting other people's mail in my mailbox and have to put them back with the flag up for them the next day.nI've been waiting on a package and it left the post office for delivery at 8 something this morning according to the tracking and mail was delivered about 11:00 and it wasn't there.
Very efficient staff. Also very helpful.
