I don’t understand why you have to put pre- payed postage items in a bin for them to scan later. I drop off about 15 to 20 packages a week and put them in the bin right after they open. 10 of my packages will get scanned for tracking the other about 3 am the next day. I do not understand this? Please help it makes my buyers think I have never shipped it or I’mnLate getting my product out. Eastman Road is the same way. Please start scanning packages as soon as they come in if I want to wait in line to do this it’s time! your at work so work and scan packages.n☹ufe0fud83dude24
tried to take a packing at 1 in the afternoon on a friday, and the main room where the workers are was locked. they were closed for lunch from 12:30-2. why do they need that long of a lunch? they’re only open from like 8-5
Went there before 12 and there was already a handwritten sign saying they were gone for lunch until 2.
Messy, slow, and under stocked. You have wait in line to use get forms for mailing as they are not stocked for customers. No pens for use and you will wait in line forever. I'm not exaggerating when I say I have been in much better facilities in 3rd world countries. This place is trash.
