UPDATED REVIEW:nI had some issues earlier this year with my outgoing packages with tracking not being scanned in to the system upon receipt (which when selling and shipping on Ebay is quite critical).nHowever, I went up to 5 stars now because despite the past issues, during this holiday season they really came through for me. I called the post office directly and spoke with Brian about a seemingly lost package from Amazon. Despite being overwhelmed with all the online shopping packages arriving in from Black Friday and Cyber Monday, he personally checked on my packages. Within 30 minutes he had gone to the parcel lockers, located my packages, and updated me that they were there and that the key was now in my box for retrieval.nI was not expecting this level of service, but it was definitely appreciated. For me, this brings the post office back up to a 5-star level. It has restored my confidence for when I go to ship out Ebay packages again.

They have a new worker and she only deliver your stuff if the package is small enough to fit in the little mail box, because she can't have the trouble of actually knocking on your door to deliver the box to you, as she should do. So you pay for shipment but you have to go to the post office to pick up your things even though you paid for it to be delivered to you. And every time you go there and ask why this is happening they create a different excuse. This place is the worst.
