I live in apartments when I order stuff the mail person is not paying attention and putting my mail into another box. I can't be refunded from the company cause it says it's delivered to my mailbox. So what now?? Went to post office I get a snotty attitude when I’m speaking politely and still nothing resolved. ud83dude21

They never get mail to right address and never do anything about it. It just continues to go on. Packages continue to get lost or go to other places because carriers do not pay attention!!! So it makes things a little aggravating when you don’t receive an item you pay good money for.

My mail ends up missing all the time mainly my wife’s medical supplies and mailbox locks so it doesn’t get put in the mailbox. The mail lady puts it in wrong locked mailbox and we get neighbors mail all the time they get our all the time too. If you call to report it and Amy answers she will be rude and hang up on you even when your very nice about it she won’t apologize either so very unprofessional. I would recommend using Fed x or ups if you don’t want over paid lazy people losing your mail.

I go here all the time, to and from work, to ship my dioramas. Most of the staff is really friendly and helpful, but they always try charging me differently. Every other post office I've been to has charged me, roughly, the same. It just doesn't seem to be very well regulated or they're not being properly trained. Also, there is one woman there that is always very rude. Often, she makes smug remarks or faces. I just don't understand why someone with such a sour personality would choose to work with the public.
