The staff are very nice and helpful. I had a missing package and they helped me out.

Because you can always get what you need they have everything and if they don't have it they will get it for you and that's service at the top of the line when it comes to your postal service needs

I moved to Greenwood July 1. The apartments that i moved to I had to go to the post office to pay to get the lock changed. That was fine. I was told the lock will be changed on July 3. Nobody at the Post Office knew that the person that changes the lock was on. vacation. First of all how does someone goes on vacation and doesn't tell anyone. Second how is there only one person that knows how to change a mailbox lock. It is July 9 and my mailbox lock still hasn't be changed. The Supervisor and the staff at this location need to be fired and hire new staff and supervisor that knows how to do there job. It is 5:00 pm on July 9 MY MAIL BOX LOCK STILL NOT CHANGED. WHEN THE PERSON THAT GOES ON VACATION THAT CHANGES THE MAILBOX LOCK MAKE SURE THERES SOMEONE ELSE THERE THAT KNOWS HOW TO DO HIS JOB UNTIL THEY RETURN. THIS IS A BUNCH OF BS WAITING A WEEK AN A HALF TO GET MY MAILBOX LOCK CHANGED.

Have never had a bad experience here. Reps always very pleasant, helpful and proficient.

The US Post Office is totally useless and hard to work with.
