I have tried to call them over and over again. Text is stating a package was delivered to my address on Sunday, it was not delivered and we were home at time of delivery. We thought we would give them till today to deliver since yesterday was a holiday. This has happened time and time again. Where delivery person says they could not obtain access which is not true there is nothing blocking our house! This is so discouraging!

So, I knew I had a package being delivered today by USPS. However, when I got to my box that my apartment complex provides for us, I could not retrieve my package because of the lip at the front of my box. So, I proceeded to call my local and not-so-local USPS phone number. The National number would be great if you are tracking a package. I asked some of my friends on Facebook to help me out. One of them came through with the local number. Long story short. NO ONE ANSWERED!!!! I understand that they want to get home to their families, but when you still have 10 minutes left before closing and your phone rings, please answer or this kind of thing will happen again.

The best place there is. They’re always nice and greeting me with a smile even with covid. They make my life of sending out packages a lot smoother.

The people are always very friendly and helpful at this location.

Staff went out their way to help me find a lost package. After placing a lost package notice online, they called me and told me the steps they were doing to locate and redeliver the package. They were incredibly nice about the situation and very quick to solve my problem. Best experience with USPS Ive ever had.
