There are nine people in line. I am first. The clerk is teaching the customer how to mail in bulk, how to mail for a new business, verifying address on multiple packages, having conversations with customer while the entire line waits. Several people have come and gone waiting. I have been waiting for 30 minutes. The same customer that was at the counter when I arrived is still at the counter. This is the worst customer service ever. The clerk asks the customer the same questions over and over. I read on other reviews that the staff at this location are incompetent. I came in here with an open mind. The fact that the clerk has given a class re: how to mail for small business and wasted a ton of time while nine people wait in line with several people leaving because they wait too long is incompetence at its finest
Shandra working passports on Saturday is off at 1:00 pm and told me she gets a break 15 mins before clocking off & walked away from a customer. I had an 11:30 am appointment and arrived shortly after 11:00 am just to be told the camera is broken and no applications on site.I was told to return before 1:00 pm and I arrived with over 15 minutes to spare only after I was forced alongside other consumers to take Walgreens more expensive pictures miles away and had to travel to the Halls-ferry location for paperwork that should have been provided in the first place. The supervisor refused to take responsibility and told me it was her first day and she wasn’t a Psychic. I can’t make this up.nSorry won’t fix this just make it right for the next individuals and work on communication skills. No wonder to why USPS should be closed all together on weekends, the workers are just there for a check.
The manager tried to help me solve an issue with my package. Gloria, the clerk, is always so friendly! This is my neighborhood post office and I'm so glad it is still open - even has Sunday hours. Support your local post office.
There is no direct phone number and the internet has been down for a week now!! How are supposed to ship our things?
The incompetence is at a level 10!!! LOLnI almost lost the PO Box that I’ve had for over 25 years because of negligence from a box clerk. I made a visit within the time frame to renew my box. But it was not followed through by her. I provided proof of payment and transaction number within my bank statement. No help was given. I called and she said she never had a visit w me. Very disappointing because she gave me a note w her email info and it was about an hour and half long. Well Getting through to a local office on the phone is a challenge within itself. And taking off work to resolve the same issue over n over n over again is frustrating to say the least. My last visit I paid again for the box to reduced the confusion of gaining the same box number even was charged a app fee of $29 smh but I’m definitely requesting a refund once it’s all straightened out.
