This post office is completely useless. I’ve had a package I’ve been waiting on for over 2 weeks. I would suggest using fedex or ups if you’re wanting to mail packages in the area. This place should just close. How is anyone working or getting paid here if you can’t sort a package correctly. Seriously useless location with useless employees. Maybe if the distribution center was not located in HazelHood our packages could arrive on time.
My package has been sitting in this post office for 2 weeks. I understand that COVID has created problems. I understand Christmas shopping is being done online. What I can't understand is why the older mail is sitting there and newer mail goes through without a problem. I've had other mail go through the same spot with no problem. Unacceptable!
This is like a black hole for mail!! it’s sad how our packages are stuck in hazelwood & we are nothing but a few counties over I wish there was another regional center because this one is terrible usps took off the delay message on their website which indicates that mail should be running like normal but no it is not I can’t wait to move away !!!
I ran in here to buy stamps. The service was quick and since I knew exactly what I needed, it was very easy. The person who helped was nice.
This is by far the worst USPS experience in my lifetime. Dropped off a first class package on 12/8/2020. Arrived to Hazelwood on 12/11/2020. No movement on package as of 12/22/2020. Initiated a USPS research case on 12/23/2020. No response USPS Hazelwood as of 12/27/2020. I have sent three apology messages to my buyer. I am trying to be understanding with all that is happening due to COVID and higher volume of online holiday shopping, but what is their excuse when other USPS facilities are getting packages out on the USPS delivery trucks? This has to be one of the most mismanaged USPS facilities in the country. I wanted to support USPS because of their financial woes, but after this experience I have since switched to other shippers and have had much better results.
