Can anyone help me escalate or report a issue with our mail carrier in Middletown MD 21769? This has been the worst experience ever. I reached out via email to Cherryl Joy Ringgold who is the Postmast 18 (B) No return phone number.

My package was delivered a week ago and I haven't been able to get my package, I have a cluster mailbox and one of the boxes where you collect bigger boxes doesn't open so I left a note asking them to move it to the other because that one is broken and never opens. They put it in my mail slot where the BOX was too big to come out. Left another not apologizing for the inconvenience but I still couldn't get the box out because now it's stuck and asked them to put in the box that wasn't broken and even put its number on it just so there want any confusion. But they put in the broken one and I still haven't gotten my package

Opens on time and well staffed. They managed to get an international package back to me I had forgotten to put a return address on before I shipped ( was given a bad international mailing address ) even though I had been living in town less than six months.nThey always leave packages where we ask as well.

My problem is not the local post office. Its their whole system. Its Feb. 13th and I am still receiving Christmas cards post marked from way back in December. Actually the beginning of December.

My experience with the delivery service has been outstanding! The USPS Delivery personnel is kind and respectful. Vacation mail hold has been most convenient. Although I don't frequent the USPS, when I have been there it is always clean, organized, and the personnel are helpful. Thank you!
