Exceptional customer service... friendly and helpful.
Having trouble receiving an OfferUp package. Two weeks late.
No phone number, just a useless 800 number that bounces you around between 3 options that don't help, and then hangs up on you. If only there was a way to talk to someone without driving through the snow and rain for 20 minutes. Not if you use USPS!
The guy who delivered my mail to my house in Thurmont in Altamont Gardens was a jerk! He stopped delivering my mail whenever he felt like it (6 times in 5 years) cuz we got too many packages as far as he was concerned.
