Staff was unreasonable over the type of box even when customer support confirmed the type of shipping and service was good to go.
The people are NEVER EVER smiling except for the Spanish speaking man and maybe one other younger guy... the older man looks like he’s going to tell u off if I even go near him never mind ask a question... and the lady with the straight unkempt, greasy looking hair is THE rudest person I’ve ever met. She doesn’t even smile and keeps it real short with customers.... I understand it’s prob not the most glamorous job
The stuffs r much better than post office in Windham,NH. I can't believe the Windham one has better reviews than this one. It must be from stuffs' relatives

By far the worst customer service experience I have EVER had. I arrived 5 minutes before closing and the staff was ready to shove me out the door so they can end their day. I asked for bubble wrap and they already said they “closed everything for the night” and wouldn’t reopen it so I could send my important package. Then they proceeded to flip my valuable package around without letting me wrap it in the bubble wrap I wanted. I grabbed my things and left. Taking my business elsewhere. So unprofessional!!!
