This place is just terrible. It’s like everyone of my packages is opened and tampered with. I ordered something from the ordinary company and when I opened the package one of my products was visibly open and spilling everywhere. Of course, I tried to call them about this issue, but they never answer the phone. In the past, I’ve received my neighbors mail and they’ve received mine. How do I know if my personal identity hasn’t been compromised? How do I know that they don’t have my financial information? For my birthday my grandparents sent me a card and a check and of course the envelope had been torn and the check is nowhere to be found. This is the worst postal office I have ever encountered. What a joke!

Doing a test to see if any of my packages get to there destination, so far 3 in a row have not, sent two more to see if the same problem persists. Post Office NEVER answers their phone. Update, 5 out of seven never reached the destination. Don't know if someone is tossing them or stealing. But something is missed up. Going to Postal inspector and any other agency related to the USPS. Going to try Congress, Senator,nGovernor. Whatever it takes.

Absolutely hands down one of the WORST post offices I’ve ever used in my life.nTrying to get ahold of them is almost impossible, people have picked up the phone and immediately hung up on multiple occasions.nMy family and I moved to Florida. We immediately had to hold our mail with our last minute confusing living situation initially. No big deal we just wanted to make sure we could have our mail.nWent back a week later. They had no record of me holding it....we had important mail coming... they were instructed to pull the mail and hold everything. I go back a week later. They again have no record of it being held and never pulled the mail.nWe have bank statements, bills, And checks missing! I tried to file a complaint for missing or stolen mail. They said the sorting place is in Tampa it would take some time. I know they’re busy and working and I know Covid effected the post office so I let it go and contacted the places things were being sent from to get what I needed.nOver the last couple months. We have received my neighbors credit card.nWe’ve received 7 different people and addresses voter information letters. I receive my neighbors junk and important mail on a regular basis. we were supposed to receive a package I got a notification it was delivered at 1:38 pm on a Friday and nothing was in my mailbox. I called twice on Saturday only to be picked up and immediately hung up on. And of course it was delivered to the wrong mailbox. Thankfully my neighbors are nice and brought it by. And of course we are missing more bank statements and bills and paperwork and to top it all off we are missing a debit card.nI’ve personally never had so many problems with a post office in any state in such a short amount of time.
