Extremely rude this morning would not help to elderly women with a heavy package Dave was the customer service guy the rudest guy on earth so rude I can’t even tell you terrible terrible that man should retire
Nice old post office with faster service than others offer. I go there all the time when lines are not too long :). You can buy stamps at a machine so you don't have to wait.
An agent (D*ug) had a very accusatory tone with me when I contacted about a package I was initially missing that came at a different time than my regular mail (which is different from normal). I went to the location earlier because it was stated to be ready for pickup. The reps were kind, but didn’t know where my package was. However, the gentleman on the phone was ill-mannered.
Van and Dave are always in a fun mood and they provide fast and efficient services.
This Post office is the worst I don’t know why but I’m always coming home to my mailbox being left open and all my mail is flown out and into the yard Seem like they are young minded an lack of experience with customer service I’ve lost two checks because of the poster and when you try to make a complaint about it it seem like it gets blown off if you don’t like your job then find something else to do I’m Not the enemy I’m just a Civilian Who works also Service is horrible I my self runs a mail room I don’t an would not play play my customers like that I hope this message gets seen by individual who cares about the line of work they do in see that at least somethings can be approached or handle an a different mannernnThank you
