The best little post office with the kindest and most knowledgeable peeps! From the moment you walk in until to turn to leave they are so friendly, pleasant and helpful! Never heard the phone ring in the 22 minutes I was in there buying stamps and mailing my packages. If people hadn't been behind me in line, I may have stayed longer and chatted with these very awesome humans!! Two thumbs up and 10 ⭐ufe0f
Item was supposed to be delivered to Davie FL and ended up here ( By USPS error I assume) So what do they decide to do? They destroy it instead of sending it to the correct location. Unbelievable your employees should be ASHAMED of yourselves.
Trying to reach them from NC to arrange for a post office box. They haven’t answered the phone for 3 days. The message says something like, enter your remote access code. I actually called a local business to see if the post office was open. They said yes, but they never answer their phone. Grrr!
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST POST OFFICE IN THIS COUNTRY (I am very convinced of that at this point.) Rude employees. They are NOT pleasant. I don’t even know how The United States Postal Service can allow such horrible employees in their facility. Instead of 5 stars, I give this place 5 THUMBS DOWN.
Sent a customer a product (I am from Canada). They have been keeping the product for 2 months. Impossible to join them on the phone. When I call, they manually pick up the phone and hang up straight away.nnNow my client has filed a chargeback against me, which means I'm losing close to $200.nnBasically, this post office stole my package
