Best Post Office ever! Always welcoming, eager to please!
This post office went above and beyond for a package that was sent to the wrong state. Andrea Jeter worked on this mistake for a week, called me every day to keep me informed and the best part about it is the package was going to her post office, and had never even made it there, it was sent from Lady Lake, Florida to Arcadia, Florida but went to Buffalo NY, and many other post offices in NY back and forth and back and forth, so she sort of worked blindly to recover this and was the only person to help me or even tried to find it. When I visit Arcadia I will definitely stop in to meet her. Shes awesome and kept on this issue until she had the package in her hands. Thank you so much.
It seems that I cannot get my mail delivered by the Arcadia FL post office on Tuesdays or Fridays due to Trash pickup. The mail person cannot turn around in my driveway because of my trash bins, so they won't deliver my mail. What ever happened the neither rain nor sleet will keep the mail from being delivered, I guess that was the past. Seems the USPS, can not be inconvenienced. I wish I could choose who delivers my mail, I certainly would not choose them! What happened to integrity and pride in work!
