I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I called 25 TIMES!!! 25 TIMES!!! Not ONCE did anyone pick up to assist or even ask me to hold. 25 TIMES AND NOT ONCE WAS I HELPED ON AN URGENT MATTER!
Yes, the line is often long.nBUT, all of the USPS staff I have encountered at this post office are quick to notice a customer in need. My packages are ready to ship, I just need a spot to drop them off, and the employees of this relatively small post office, were quick to show me the two specific places I can do this. I give this post office an A rating.
The line can be long sometime but the staffs are pleasant and friendly. I have no problem with this place.
Staff is very friendly and work very hard, but that building is just horrible and dirty looking. This is a GOVERNMENT office and it just look dingy and forgotten about.
I came here today to pick up a package that was sent to me but was surprised how disorganized it was here. The man at the counter has no social skills and has a disgusting attitude. I saw him talk down to customers. The manager needs to send him to the back and get someone who’s actually competent to be at the counter. FYI, Due to COVID-19, wait times are an hour if not more. Most of that time is spent outside of the store in line due to social distancing which is understandable. If you can go to another USPS post office, please do so. Reconsider using this branch.
