Dropped a package of $240 worth of sterling silver, nearly 30 days after shipping, the item had still not been delivered. This is why USPS will go out of business! Item shows as making it to Orlando and then just vanished. Of course USPS gets paid for failing to ship and is not held responsible for not fulfilling the service I paid for and won't reimburse me because I didn't pay for insurance! scam if you ask me. Their employees could easily open a package, steal it, and nobody is ever held responsible for it but the innocent person shipping it. Not again will I send my business to USPS FedEx only!
The postal workers are pleasant and efficient. I always do my mailing here rather than Melbourne Beach. We're lucky to have such dedicated workers.
What a wonderful post office! 10 people in front of me when i walked in, i was done and out the door in 5 min. The 2 ladies working were so cheerful!
I really don't understand all these negative reviews. It's a small town post office with a small staff. They're polite and courteous, and they keep the line moving. Yes they take a lunch break, just like everyone else does. If they hired more people our taxes would be higher to pay for it, so I'm happy with the way things are.nnBasically, if you need to mail something, come here and get it done. That's what a post office is, and they do it well.
