I’ve never had a bad experience here. Reliable, kind, cautious during the pandemic, and thoughtful. It is way better to use USPS then UPS. After all, I would prefer to pay 1/3 the cost for a shipped package that arrives in good condition.
To the lady who helped me mail my package yesterday, happy birthday! You were such a sweetheart and brightened my evening after a long day of work.
I was going to two other locations after my ō convention, so I sent the package to my home. My box was Visibly f-up when it arrived and nothing in the box was mine.
My post office said that this location is not an accredited post office. So they could have damaged the box there, and then sent the box.
Because there was no proof of damage in the log of shipment.
My post office did not want to take this package back because I opened it, and when they did take it back they were to ship it to lost items, but instead sent the box two more times to me.
Next time I’m buying an extra bag and bringing it with me. The airport has more liability then the post office. More then $600 gone!!!
Had sent a post from campus store USPS wherein they screwed up the TO/FROM address and posted it back to me. Went to the Harmon's USPS to complain about the issue and the lady acted as if I have done a grave mistake by complaining. Have sent a post a week back to Chicago which was supposed to be delivered 3 days back. Yet, no sign of it at the destination. Pathetic.
Refused to ship out mail. Not sure why. Went to real post office and had no problem.
