Good customer service. Plenty of resources for mailing letters, packages, etc. Lots of customer counters to write out your mailing forms. Lines move reasonably smooth. Undoubtedly, there is always that -one customer-!!! Whom for whatever reason holds up the line....!!! For the most part, easy in, easy out. No issues.
Fairly pleased with both service at the post office and the delivery of mail. Workers at the counter were very helpful and even provided me an extra bit of tape! Very friendly! Much better than the post office in Baltimore where I used to reside. Mail delivery has occurred with mail and packages with zero problems. Thank you hard workers!
I really have no problems with this PO, though admittedly I don't hold a po box here. Clerks are always very fast and efficient, friendly enough. Line always moves surprisingly quick as long as customers are prepared and don't ask a million questions.
I can’t say enough about the postal clerks who handle USPS customers at the Dulles facility. Always friendly, capable and efficient. Easily my favorite Post Office after a dozen domestic moves in the last 56 years.
Cashier wouldn't let me use the tape that was sitting right in front of her on the counter. I shouldn't have to buy an entire roll of tape to affix my label to my box when my tax dollars allow for the existence of this place. And I did not appreciate the generally negative tone and disregard for customer satisfaction.
