We just got ANOTHER late fee from our credit card company b/c they didn't receive our payment!! We sent them 18 days b/f they were due!!nThey told me a LOT of payments have been late all over the US because of the post offices!! How does UPS, Fed-Ex and Amazon do it when the post office can't?
There is a thief in the Goochland County, VA mail delivery system. A few weeks ago, I sent a gift card to my mother and it was stolen. She received the birthday card but the actual gift card worth $45 was stolen (Olive Garden gift card). When she received it, the card was opened and the flap was tucked in (I had carefully taped it closed) and the card was missing. It took 4 days for her to receive the card. When she received it, it did not have a postmark on it. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I am filing a police report as it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the post office to report the matter.
Horrible service, for months now our packages have NOT been delivered. Sometimes we get notes saying that there was not a secure location to leave the package and other times we don’t, but I have security cameras covering 360 degrees around my house, not once has the mail carrier even pulled in my driveway. I have missed many hours from work because I have to go into the post office and deal with these rude people to get my packages. They are unprofessional, rude, and I wish they would all be fired. Extremely poor representation of the United States Postal Service.
I've had a small online business and shipped packages through this post office regularly. The staff has always been helpful and friendly.
Poor service. I had a package that I paid for 2 day shipping. It should have been delivered September 25th. When I called the post office and asked where it was I was informed that they did not know that the carry that was supposed to deliver it was all for the day. But they would call the carrier that was on I waited 30 minutes called back. And was told again that they hadn't spoken to them but there was a package on the truck for delivery today but they did not know if it was the package that I was looking for. The person answering the phone was extremely rude and instead of being helpful and understanding she was snapping and having an attitude.
