After a rough start not knowing my shipping limits yet. I had a brief disagreement with a lady it was quickly handled they even gave me a reusable garbage bag full of foam peanuts to make sure all my shipped cards are an inch thick. I've shipped over 250 items thru the Hamilton post office in 6 months. They have never lost or damaged any of my product. When I'm in a business that ships and receives thousands of dollars of cards and membrobilia I rest easy knowing my packages always arrive undamaged on time or usually early. Thank you folks for being so reliable and helpful.

Putting a change of address in the mailbox doesn’t seem to work. Also, ZERO personality or understanding from the manager

What is wrong with some of you people? You need a frame of reference! Go to a California Post Office. I have been going to the Hamilton Post Office for two years and had a great experience every time. Never had to wait behind more than two people and the employees were always professional and courteous!

Ive been to this post office at least 100 times over the last 8 years. Employees are courteous and handle the busy hours quite well. Wait time can be frustrating as they are never fully staffed. But they seem to do quite well with the staff they have. Prices for expedited shipping are significantly better than UPS, every time I have checked.

I usually go to the Victor post office but decided to stop in Hamilton since it was closer. Well, I asked for a simple piece of tape to go over the shipping label. Her response was I can't do that, I only have tape for purchase. I then told her the other office does it. Her response was they aren't suppose to. Well guess what, a lot of offices put tape over labels to make sure they stay on. I picked up my boxes and said I will take them to Victor. I rather mail them a day late than give Hamilton post office any business.nIf she would have done a little act of kindness and I wouldn't be posting here.
