Love this place! Cyrus is super nice and helpful whenever I have questions regarding my mail. Goes out of his way for his clients. We’ve been with Cyrus for 10+ years and plan on staying for years to come.
I have to take Fedex/mail quite often for my work so I moved by here and thought it was PERFECT.....NOT SO MUCH!! The guy is just rude! I dont even think he knows he is being rude but I'm DONE!! He makes his own hours, you cant do ANYTHING right going in there although it is marked where things go, he is sitting there doing NOTHING and if you need help, he will get up when he wants...I had about 15 Fedex envelopes and he told me to put the address the right way so he doesnt have to...just-CLUELESS!!!! I'll go else where and leave him alone!
