Pretty smooth. I sent three packages off from there over a week ago. Was told I'm looking at about 10 days for them to be delivered
The North Kingstown PO is wonderful. They are friendly and have great follow-through. Thank you to your entire staff for excellent service
I’ve had many things delivered from this branch but it’s a big problem when drivers don’t feel like delivering a package. The amount of times that I’ve received a notification saying “delivery attempted” is incredible. My driveway is never obstructed when these so called “attempted deliveries” occur. There needs to be a way to stop this because when someone is given a deadline, this case the driver, it should be met. Very disappointing.
Weekend customer service is nothing to be desired, during the week ok. Some people shouldnt be in customer service
