They just plain suck. Read the other negative reviews. The problems customers are experiencing are pretty much all the same. Don't trust the glowing positive reviews either. Most are from postal employees posing as customers or Okboomer, yuppie townies.

PACKAGE STOLEN. Checked tracking that I haven't received yet... says someone picked it up on May 28th. I wasn't even in Salem then and I don't know anyone in Salem. Curious as to who took my package.
Work For a Hospital And I Decided to have my packages Delivered to the hospital and i worked on the weekends saturday and Sunday waiting for the packages to be delivered to my Job which on a saturday was the dated my package to come and they switched it to sunday and i get this messages OUT FOR DELIVERY at 710 AM on thats Sunday and Then i get another messages saying Delivered at 913 Am and its listed as Individual picked up at the Postal office.nThe Post Offices is Closed on Sunday for picking up packages so who picked up and who signed for it?nand i'm still at work on that sunday wait.nEither there stealing people's packages and labeling it as delivered all i know something is going on there and they need to change the way they do things or hire real people that can do the job the right way and not lie about delivering packages to locations.nBad Service and people becareful with this postal services.
