OZONE PARK CARRIER ANNEX — Post Office

I was worried that I was the only one experiencing the “in transit” problem but after reading the reviews, I’m scared if I’m even going to get my package. I’m trying to support small businesses on Etsy and I see that many people are having their packages stolen or stuck in the in transit status and I am experiencing the same problem. Has anybody got it resolved? do I have hope?

Walked in to inquire about a package I was expecting. It was sent as priority next day guaranteed by 12 noon. Last tracking updates showed that it was at a distribution center near the sender 14 hours ago.nnI asked him if maybe it was here and hadn’t been scanned or the tracking system hadn’t updated it’s recent actions.nnWith absolutely no empathy he said “try again tomorrow, it’s not here.”nnI asked why they offer guaranteed next day if this is the case and he said “so money back guarantee to sender once it’s received.”nnIt’s a live animal. They allow shipment of live birds and guarantee next day delivery. Poor thing is probably going to be dead on arrival thanks to their service and a little bit of compassion on his part might have been helpful to deliver the news that it wasn’t here. He refused to even offer to take a second look in the back area. Shameful.

I have a package that has been stuck “In Transit - Arriving Late” since Feb 2 and it’s Feb 12 - it was initially supposed to be delivered on Feb 3. I’m reading reviews wondering if I’m ever going to get my package. I know USPS is overwhelmed right now, but I’ve been ordering online through the whole pandemic and have never experienced anything like this. This is absolutely ridiculous.

First of all wrong phone number on web site. Second my package was given to them two days ago and still has not updated delivery date into system and uses tracking site to file complaint in NOT WORKING EITHER. USPS is just LOUSY NOW A DAYS....

This is the worst they had my item for about a week and I’m honestly going to go pay them a visit bcuz what I have is very valuable and I don’t trust it in that facility at all!
