Run mostly by chinese people. Most of the time is messy and dirty. Half the time machines are out of order. Free items are mostly out of stock. But overall can get the basic job done. Not too bad.

I went to pick up a package there, and this young woman with blonde hair was the nastiest person I have ever met in my 30 years on earth. She should really take some personality classes. No wonder why she works in this hell hole. C U Next Tuesday.

Oh my gosh, it’s my third time going to the post office in the freezing NY winter for a pickup and they are not open during business hours!nnAmazing, pls pay their employees better. Geez, do ppl working there skipping half day because they are underpaid?? That’s the only excuse that I have.

Great. I accidentally dropped off a UPS package along with my USPS packages and they called my right away to let me know and were very non-judgemental when I picked it up, and also didn't make we wait in line.nAt peak times, especially around the holidays, sure, you'll wait awhile, but that's what you get for underfunding the postal service.
