A bigger lady working Saturday up charged me like crazy when I asked her to change something. She put a bunch of extra fees and insurance on there that I didn’t ask for because I asked her to change something and she didn’t want to do her job. I hope someone reads this and fires her because it was definitely on purpose and definitely not the first time.nnThere’s only one good employee behind the desk there, and the lines are always really long and there’s no where to safely put packages to be mailed even if you already have postage so you have to stand in line no matter what. The other location was bigger and much better and hope that petty incompetent lady gets fired for not being professional
Is this some kind of joke? How hard is it to follow simple instructions in bold letters and double underlines? This is worth $25bil in tax payer money? What an embarrassment.

I just gave the 1 star to write this review. This USPS location is closed and now they moved to 775 4th ave.
They are ClOSED!!! moved!! go somewhere else.nnIf you are a IC tenant, please let me know where you drop off the packages.
